I love doing Kettlebells and have been doing them for almost a year. It is a fast fat burning workout 3 or 4x a week. If your interested look for a trainer on www.dragondoor.com. I have a scale that measures body fat and I use it once a week. I am following Fast-5 to decrease my body fat. I am on week two and it has dropped .5% I try to eat only food with ingredients that I can pronounce. Foods and drinks from the garden or barn. Sorry no RedBull Look that The Perfect Ten Diet.
