I do not want junk. Sugar does not satisfy my "hunger". And that is the other thing...I find myself eating not because I am hungry, but because the KETOBREATH will only go away with a good meal.
I cannot say I've lost a ton of weight.
I haven't. I've always someone around telling me if I have lost. What a pain...none of their business. But, yeah, I am a yo yo dieter, I have been on every diet ever written...so skeptics abound.
I throw up my hand and tell them, see me in NOVEMBER. I really believe this is the only way I will finally be thin. And strong and healthy.
