I have absolutely no idea what my daily calories are or what my percentage of fat to lean is. I pick out meat at the grocery with the most fat marbleing and the most fat around the edges. Im certainly not starving :).

what percent (in calories) is your protein? your fat? on a zero carb diet, I have read that your fat percent needs to be very high. too much protein and not enough fat and you will get rabbit-starvation.
