No, it's not just you. Heat--and especially humidity--is a common trigger. Summer is a tough time for me, too. Although I have full control now, too much heat and humidity makes me nauseous, so I tend to avoid it, too.

Hi everyone,

I stay indoors most of the summer because being out in the heat and sun gives me auras. Is this common or is this just me? Take care.
