Allot of people talk about the heat bringing on more seizures. So like you said, the stay away from doing things outside when hot. Getting out early in the day on hot days is the way to do it if you can outside of just staying indoors. For me it didn't. I was very light sensative, so bright or flashing lights brought me seizures. Eacg of us are affected more by different elements, and by charting our seizures, we can learn simularities in what we where doing in the hours or days before seizures.
