[fast5] Re: Question about plateauing on the Fast-5 diet

I did FF for just about 2 months... haven't totally stopped but since Christmas I've eased
up a little... and I've gained 3 of the 6lbs I lost... so now I'm not happy with ff either...
I think it makes life easier not eating 3 - 6 times a day... and I do eat less and less
with ff... it's just not easy to do some days...

I think giving this WOE a chance to work is a good learning experience... I've learned that I can go 5hrs without eating and dropping over... and I've learned I can go 10hrs without
overeating the day before... and I've learned that if I do overeat... which is my normal.or should I say problem... I can fast for 19 hrs and heal the damage I've done..

I'm not sure I'm going to continue ff or do a fat fast... for now.. I'm really not sure what I want to do and what's good for me.. I do know that I want to lose weight and need to lose weight and I will continue to look for a way that will work for me..

I was not doing anything different, but for the next 2 weeks or so, it seemed I was just maintaining at about 17% body fat,... down from about 19% body fat. Now to somebody who's trying to hit 10%, this is not good news.
