[fast5] Re: I'm back (again)

 

You're welcome Linda! It makes me feel good to know that I encourage someone out there :-)

Speaking of motivation, here's what I did to keep myself motivated... I grabbed my phone and took a picture of the scale while standing on it and made it my wallpaper!

It works. :)

Oh, I don't update it either, I leave it at my worst weight.

Hang in there!
