DIABETIC AVOCADO, TOMATO AND CHILI GUACAMOLE
Serves: 4 to 6
INGREDIENTS
Half of an avocado, peeled
3/4 teaspoon crushed garlic
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup finely diced sweet red pepper
1/2 cup chopped tomato
Pinch chili powder
DIRECTIONS
In bowl, combine avocado, garlic, onions, lemon juice, red
pepper, tomato and chili powder; mash with fork, mixing well.
