[fast5] Re: back again

 

Instead of buying into the myth of multiple meals, give one meal a day a try, probably better around mid-day than evening.

Plenty of Fatty Meat/Eggs with no carbs, will fill you up for 23 hours of fasting and without grains your metabolism will stay high and you'll start losing body Fat during that long fasting period of low insulin levels.

Don't limit your water intake at all, as you should care only with FAT in your body not weight on scales. Exercise isn't secret to fat loss, animal fatty diet is, without many Carbs at all.
