If you don't like beans then just do paleo. I'm only doing 10% of what's in the book anyway- what get's the biggest effect that I want. I'm just saying it's a great book with tons of stuff you can experiment with and it's histerical. I couldn't put it down because I was laughing so hard. He's a character. And his youtube videos are funny too.
I'm just doing part of his diet and a couple of his workout ideas that simplify what I was doing before. I bought the $10 ebook for my sony reader. I would say it's the best $10 I ever spent.
