pasture butter, coconut oil, heavy cream, full fat cheeses, brie, creme fraiche, marscapone, cream cheese,bacon,homemade mayo, homemade bleucheese dressing, egg yolks,lamb chops, when i eat meat i try to eat the fatty parts too. when i make broth, i sometimes eat the fat that comes to the top...i did this a couple of days ago.....I also eat the gelatin and would eat that daily if i made it daily....that is very healing healthy stuff!

i find an 80F/20P diet to be very beneficial. i haven't put my stuff in fitday for awhile but i tend towards that if left to my own devices as i have gotten used to consuming a lot of fat. i never was used to consuming a lot of meat.chantelle
