to put in in the words of a friend i have that recently turned onto it in the past few months, "its simply yummy and scrumptious with nearly everything!" she uses it every way that one would normally use butter..... I have always felt the same way about it. anything i cook is better with it.
And how do you ingest the coconut oil? Just drink it? (Can you
tell I'm new?????)

veggies smothered in melted butter
It's the coconut oil that really keeps my fat intake high
