I DO eat vegetables, but don't feel it is necessary every day and especially every meal as Karen is doing. Since Karen doesn't have stamina to fast over 16 hours so I suggested she skip the veggeies and eat meat for satiation until she can fast for 20 hours. Then she can slowly introduce more veggies after she has built up Fasting Stamina.
