I was following it for a couple of months but another friend (whom I love because he weight trains AND follows Bee's program, so I like to listen to people being successful doing the same thing I'm doing) suggested it would not be a bad thing to have a few veggies. So that is what I have been doing; having some veggies. I certainly don't miss them or having to prepare them, however. It is so fabulous to know we don't 'need' them either!

Then I eat my second meal when the family dinner is ready (which is usually around 6-630). To eat at noon then force everything and causing much trouble to eat again by 5pm just aint gonna happen. And delaying breaking my fast until 1 will just screw up my girls school schedule.

Aim for one meal a day as many of us do with 23 hours of continuous fasting.
If you can't quite cut it everyday, you could "cheat" and eat a piece of meat with the kids in the evening.
