At one point, Prince rented this Beverly Park home for $200,000 a month, and now the Wall Street Journal reports that the 30,000 square-foot Tuscan style home, initially listed for $50 million, sold last month for $23.5 million. Broker Mauricio Umansky, who also appears on "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" this season---and hey, his own home is now in contract--had the listing.
