[fast5] Supplements Re: Fiber

 

I have doubts about manufactured vitamin supplements. I believe that we are meant to get our vitamins from foods, where they are more balanced in combinations with other nutrients.
However, our soils are depleted, and many natural foods don't have as much nutrients as they used to. So I supplement with "superfoods" - concentrated foods like Chlorella, Blue-green algae, bee pollen, nutritional yeast, cod liver oil, kelp powder. These are whole foods that have a concentration of nutrients. Many of these I take in capsules.
