That's great advice. Do what works for you. You know when I think back to the days when I actually had a body that I was satisfied with it was because I was walking a lot. Now I just sit and watch cable on most days. I wish I could get back to that Zen state of mind. I did Yoga, ate whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted and I was a size 28 (South African size). I know it feels good to have more important things to worry about than food and I think that Fast 5 can get me there again.
It would be so good to go to a party and not eat because I genuinely don't feel hungry and I would recognise that and actually obey my feelings.
Guys be well and wish me luck on the rest of my journey pls.
