Eating whole eggs (a cheap protein with good ratio of fat from the yolk) scrambled in butter with cheese later adding pieces of bacon (very filling), too many days in a row caused me to think I needed to include some vegetable fiber. Surprisingly, "greasing up" with more animal fats in my diet of eggs or meat proved sufficient. More liquid in the diet helps as well.

Interesting reading about eating nothing but fatty meat for extended period.

"Fear of Fat" is so much brainwashed into everyone from "news" and media, that many fear what should be a big component of our diets.

I like some green or cruciform vegetables with my meat, but certainly don't feel obligated to eat vegetables and fruit just because some Government Egghead "expert" says so.

Slipping up and including too much fructose sweets can bring back the belly fat...fasting or not.
