I've really blown it in that way this week... Instead of having the good
stuff ready, I've grabbed what was available.
I need to get back to planning and then pre-paring my eats so they're ready
when my window opens.
I'm going to try what Heather has suggested by having soup/salad first. I
make salads on the fly (instead of having them premade) so if I have my
chicken broth first, that ought to hold me while I make my salad...
