[fast5] Re: FF "scrupulously"

I just wanted to let you know, you may not have to quit. Back when I first started F5, I tested it to see how far I could push my body and still eat only once a day. I was able to ride my bicycle 15 miles to work, lift weights for 30 minutes at noon, then go outside and walk briskly for another 30 minutes, then at 3:30 I rode my bicycle home another 15 miles. And it's all uphill going home as I work at sea level! For dinner I would have just regular food like chicken, fish, fruits and veggies, etc. I did this every day for a week just to see how I would feel. Guess what? My body adapted and by the end of the week, I was faster and stronger at EVERYTHING. Fast Five is like the all terrain vehicle of diets! It lets you live most any lifestyle and stay thin and healthy.

Good luck at school. I think you could stay on F5 for the duration.
