Yep, I agree about the tedious need for CRON meals management, which deters me as well going through this path. I strongly believe that any complicated routine is dropped after a couple of weeks in the best case :).

This is really interesting, as I also had a HP infection, and went through antibiotics treatment course several years ago, without and assurance it would really clean them out.
So to summarize, You have used the traditional antibiotic approach, coupled with Fast-5 and konjac/psyllium? What were the results, have you successfully removed any traces of HP?
