I've noticed that I don't crave sweets any longer... not that I didn't eat too many but
it was easy not to eat them or want them the next day... don't know if it was ff
or low carb eating that helped me with that...
Plus.... the fact that I know that sugar is poison for me... may help also

> Congratulations! That is a huge achievement. Good luck getting away from the sugar cravings. I have a history of craving sugar, and I find the more sugar I have the more I crave it. I find the fasting period really helps me break the sugar craving cycle. After the holidays (when I ate a lot of sugar) I noticed the cravings were persisting, so that I broke my fast still craving sugar. What has helped break this cycle is to lengthen my fast, so instead of only eating for 5 hours I only eat for 3 - 4 hours. Once the cravings go away I'll probably go back to eating for 5 hours, but it is nice to have them diminishing.
