You can go after your employer & charge the employer under the American with Disabltys Act & unless they can show & have proof from your doctor & 1 other plus your job record for on the job performance they have NO case & must return you to your postion with reasonable accommadations & with those set of ideams they have to give you those Ideams I know this because I myslef have EP allong with my father was FOUNDER. OWNER< PRESIDENT & CEO of his own ENGENERING company. My mother's parents were both SLEF EMPLOYED INSUREANCE AGENTS & HER GRANDFATHER WAS FOUNDER, OWNER, PRESIDENT & CEO OF HIS OWN CEMICAL COMPANY.  So haveing this kind of family back ground & being a manintan supervisor while in school  I've learned all this  & now speak to groups  about CODES to follow on the job I have been asked if I would come & speak to their group because of my PRACTICEING PRINCEABLES TO HAVE ON THE JOB SINCE THEY'VE HEARD HOW I PRACTICE ON THE JOB & LIKE ME TO
TEACH THAT TO THEIR CLIENTS OF WHICH I HAVE
