Lebanese Guacamole - Abakadoo ma'Taheena

4 tablespoons lemon juice -- freshly squeezed
3 tablespoons tahini -- (sesame seed paste or butter)
1 large avocado -- or two medium-size
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 clove garlic -- crushed
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 pinch cayenne
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Place lemon juice and tahini in a blender or food processor and blend for
a moment; set aside.
Pit and peel avocados and cut into pieces. Add, with remaining
ingredients, except paprika, to the lemon juice-tahini mixture; then blend
to a smooth paste. Place on a flat serving platter, sprinkle with paprika,
and serve as is or chilled.
Makes 1 cup (8 two-tablespoon servings).
