[fast5] Re: Just started!

I have a couple of thoughts about what you describe.

Shortening your window to 3 hours may not be giving yourself the time needed to eat wisely. Two smaller meals might not leave you stuffed, but might be plenty of food. I would stick with it as specified for a little longer. As some others have said, listen to your body.

You say you are afraid of running out of energy and letting your schoolwork suffer. First, I don't think your work will suffer if you are a little hungry toward the end of the day for a day or 2. The weekend might be a good time to cut back a little for a couple of days and see how you feel.

Since you are close to your ideal weight, maybe you would be better served by some of what is written about the Fast-5 Lifestyle. It might be more applicable to you. I think it talks about not doing fast five 7 days a week and about extending your window. I don't remember the details since I am still 40 pounds away from that worry!

I have been sticking with the plan. So far I am down 12.5 lbs in just under 7 weeks. My window is 3-8 PM. By about 1 PM I start looking at the clock some days waitning for 3 o'clock, but not everyday. I am trying to figure out what is causing that. Otherwise, I am just a little hungry in the early afternoon.
