You know Deanna, you make a really good point. I had wondered about how well fast-five could work for people who are very lean. But what you said puts it into perspective. If a person has only one pound of fat on them (not possible, but hypothetical) they have access to 3500 calories! That's enough energy for a day or two. If a person like you or myself is maybe five pounds overweight, that's still over a week's worth of potential energy! The more I think about Fast-5 and it's implications I just get really irritated at how people are used to "grow the economy" and spend, spend, spend. It's so insidious.
