Re:Re: [epilepsy] LOOKING FOR A JOB

Veronique,

Welcome to our group.

You are correct--working in a hospital is hard work. I just
retired from 25 years as a home health aid where I went into
people's homes and did the work of an aid. It was not so
stressful. I just worked with one person there instead
of many -- like in a hospital or nursing home.

It seems like a hospital would be more understanding
than to fire you for having a sz.

So what is your business now? Are you on any meds?

I was diagnosed (DX) with EP 47 years ago but had a few szs
before that when I was pregnant with my 2nd and 3rd daughters.
I was 30, had 3 daughters 2,4, and 6 plus a husband (now ex).
I have been on Dilantin and Phenabarb for over 20 years.
My last sz was 2 years ago and before that it was 4 years.
