It is being reported that Michael Jackson has passed away due to cardiac arrest this afternoon. He was 50 years old. Michael is survived by his three children, Michael Joseph Jackson, Jr., Paris Michael Katherine Jackson, and Prince "Blanket" Michael Jackson II.

is reporting Michael Jackson was rushed to the hospital at about 12:30 pm Pacific Time today. They are reporting that it was cardiac arrest and that the paramedics had to administer CPR in the ambulance.

UDPATE: TMZ is now reporting that they spoke with Michael's dad, Joe Jackson. Joe is quoted saying, "he is not doing well."
