This is a fan group for the multi-talented, percussion powerhouse Sheila E.
Although most known for her association with Prince, she got her start playing professionally with her father Pete Escovedo at the tender age of 15 and went on to play with Billy Cobham, George Duke, Marvin Gaye and Lionel Richie to name a few before finding fame as a solo artist with her debut smash hit 'The Glamorous Life'.
Sheila continues to play and is one of the most sought after players and musical directors in the business. She is currently touring with her family band, The E Family, and promoting their new CD which has already spawned a hit single in 'I Like It'. She is also in the studio working on her own new CD.
In addition to her music, Sheila is a founding member of the Elevate Hope Foundation which assists in providing and funding therapy through music and the arts to abused and abandoned children.
