I've had 3 tests...once when I was first diagnosed as a teen, then 2 in my 20's. The first told me about a learning disability I didn't know about, which was helpful. The next gave me an update, and in the 3rd, my IQ actually went up.
The tests are very helpful I've found. I know i'm terrible at spacial stuff, but creative writing I'm strong.
IQ is just a number.

I didnt' score very high as my brain was fried. The doctor basically made fun of me as I thought I would be scored as learning disabled or something and laughed it off. However....when I got my results, he made fun of me even more so, stating that I scored very low on all portions. I wrote him a letter and THEN he called me and said "I guess my numbers were alot lower than you deserved" and the test is moot. He wants to retest me! I think he is a friggin quack. My score was deemed higher once he saw I could put a sentence 2gether so now he wants to put me thru hell and get more money! HELL NO! He sent me literature on "a lazy mind" and exercises I should do! I donot have a lazy mind! I work full time, I read for pleasure and he thinks this is

And no matter how much training, practice they have one never trully knows another human's body 100% (sorry my honest opinion). In fact, no one trully understands what one goes thru before, during & after a seizure unless they actually have one themselves.
