SO glad the owner took it seriously. Subway is all franchises, so to
know the individual owner took action is good. Most like this will end
up changing something in the way Subway trains. The big thing that
frustrates me is that companies that serve the public don't train their
employees on how to handle those with disabilities with respect. I have
had to talk to the manager of the grocery store here 3 times about how
my disaiblity effects me and how his employees could best serve me. I
finally decided to stop shopping there.
