[epilepsy] Update on Subway trouble

 

I filed with the ADA using this group and I am glad I did they take information over the phone and in 10 days they call you back on their thoughts on how the case looks from a legal stand point. You also tell them what you are looking for IE: Money free food, fines etc.

I will talking to the Civil Rights Project probably next Thursday. They only take new clients on Thursdays but Wednesday the 29th I am having back surgery and will most likely not be up to talking. But they handle the state laws.

I had the Owner call me today and tell me that the young lady who told me her name was Carmen that it is really Tasha. This is not the first trouble they have had with her and that she changes her name so that who ever calls has the wrong information but they have figured her out. She has been suspended and the young man her gave me her name (She told him to) was reprimanded as well. The owner said that he was going to be talking to the labor board to see what his recourse will in how to deal with her.
