Pineapple Upside Down Cake - 41.1g Carbs, 1.2g Fiber, 21.2g Sugar

Classic cake with pineapple on the bottom.

8 piece Pineapple, slices, with juice, canned
2 Tbsp molasses
1/3 cup Margarine, 80% fat
1/3 cup honey
2 egg whites
1 1/2 cup white all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Spray baking pan with cooking spray.
3. Place pineapple rings on the bottom on the pan. Reserve juice. Pour
molasses over the pineapple.
4. Mix together margarine, honey, and egg whites in a separate bowl.
5. Pour juice/water mix and the rest of the ingredients into the bowl
and stir until smooth.
6. Pour the batter mixture over the pineapple.
7. Bake for about 30 to 35 minutes. Cool and serve.
