I can't remember the last time I ate a banana! I don't eat them very often.

I do remember bananas I had in Central America.... there were very small ones, that had an intense banana flavor. There were several kinds of bananas, but the small ones were particularly flavorful. I like the red ones also, but they were more mild tasting. Of course fried platanos.

I also remember having a savory soup in Honduras that had green banana in it. It tasted like a potato.
