[epilepsy] Epilepsy Research Survey - Partial Seizures

Hi.

This is Doug Lowell, President of Find A Cure Panel. We specialize in online patient research for serious diseases including Epilepsy.

We have a current survey for for patients only (no Caregivers unfortunately) who:

1) suffer from partial seizures (simple or complex) and

2) suffer from seizures more than once every 6 months.

It carries a $100 donation to an epilepsy non profit of your choice. This is the highest that we offer.
