I like to use Agave as a sweetener because diabetics can have it and it doesn't impart a flavor like honey does. Namaste! Pamela
I have silicone molds that I use for a chocolate coconut recipe so I can get in my daily fat. I suggest googling benefits of coconut oil as it's amazing.
Chocolate coconut recipe (makes 2 servings)
-4 Tbls coconut oil -Tbls coco powder -honey
1. melt 4 Tbls of coconut oil in microwave 30 seconds.
2. Mix in heaping Tbls of cocoa powder.
3. Separate into two silicone containers or into seperate dishes onto wax paper.
4. Put in honey (I think tastes best) or sugar to sweeten.
5. Put in freezer and can usually eat within 30 minutes.
