Yes, a very good article which fills in many of the gaps found in the Fast5 booklet.
It's important to select the right type of foods to give people "Fast Stamina". Fatty meat with your meal, keeping Carbs low, solves that problem.
And to think, that guy is even one of Karen's buds. ;-)
