[epilepsy] sleep/ mornings & anxiety

I read on another website that one 10 year old boy needed 12 hours of sleep
every night.
How do you know how much sleep someone needs and how do you get sleep and still
have a life (school, therapy appointments, activities?)

I also read that there is something called sleep to wake seizures.  My son's
seizures are almost always in the morning.  He insists of getting up at 5:00 the
seizures are between 6:45 (when he is home getting ready for the bus.......on
the bus........) or 7:45 when he is in homeroom.

He usually starts staggering.  Is vomiting normal?  Have you heard of cyclical
vomiting?

My son has autism and doesn't give me the answers that I need.  I don't know if
he has an aura or any signs before.  If we ask him a questions he is more than
likely going to say what he thinks we want him to say.

Hoping for answers// Right now he is missing so much school.  And he is vomiting
so much that I am worried about the enamal on his teeth.

Thanks\

Jan
