Surprisingly enough I have naturally been cutting down on fruits since starting this. I did say when I wanted them, not that I should or always eat them everyday. I hope you approve of prunes thought, got a little constipation going on..

It's a shame that the mantra "Fruits and Vegetables" has become so popular. Fruits can be entirely avoided as "Vegetables and Fruit" would have been a preferable order.
Meat and animal Fat is what you REALLY need to be eating for fat loss. Treat the veggies and especially fruit, like a rare dessert.
Put Gary Taube's "Good Calories, Bad Calories" higher in priority on your book-buying reading list than the Fast-five booklet which can be read on screen at say 5 pages a day, without hurting your eyes.
