Thank you!! I just got this message it has been sitting in my trash! I don't know how it got there! I am hoping to go to a epilepsy walk in Los Angeles tomorrow. I just got to get myself out of bed. I hope to just to MEET some people. I am so lonely on line not hearing from anybody and I feel so alone.... I am just trying to make it through these 12 weeks that he said. I am done with like 3 weeks on Monday. I am so lonely and just can't be friends with myself but I am also trying to be nice to myself. Most of the time all I need is a hug. My mom's cat is very friendly and see's it she comes out and is friendly. When she does that though I burst out crying because somebody DOES want me.... It is good to have her but it also makes me cry. She can read me even before I cry. I used to have another one but lost her. Life is just too many things at one time! They are all little but too much for me. Thanks to anyone who

Kim hang in there, and know that you are NOT alone. It is my daughter that has epilepsy, but I have had chronic depression for much of my adult life, so I know how hard it can be, how hopeless you may be feeling. The good news is that antidepressants are the most effective for people with severe depression, but it does take time. So hang in there! Meantime, try to take a walk each day, or do some other form of exercise, outside if possible. Both sunlight and exercise are shown to decrease depression.
