I take Clonazepam and wondered if in same category so looked it up for you on medlineplus.gov. Go here are
read about it ok. http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/druginfo/meds/a682052.html
Sounds quite similar and know mine is very habit forming and dr never told me mine was to be taken short term
only. Now that it isn't working any more I am going to have a fight on my hands to get off it. It is in a
class of medications called benzodiazepines (pardon my spelling) Suppose to decrease abnormal electrical
activity in the brain. Clonazepam is from the same category of meds. and does same thing. Mine worked
tremendous at first and was out like a light before getting both feet in bed. Now have to take at least a
couple hours before sleeping and even then don't really notice any difference. ...... yet if don't take boy I
notice as that is when I will have a seizure and a good one for sure. I was told Clonazepam along with others
like diazepam were same as Valium.

Me again. Well things are happening again that I don't really want but in a way
do want. I got given a new drug last night to help with the seizures I have
been having EVERY night. It has knocked me out today. I went from 3 seizures a
night down to one on my first day taking it. I was also having them when I took
a nap and I just woke up from my nap and I didn't have any...
Anybody ever heard of CLORAZEPATE? Like I said before I am just trying to hold
on for another week and things are supposed to get better depression wise..

Thank you to both of u! I am just having a hard time making it through 3 weeks
of deeper depression then I am already in. My doc told me this would happen
before the lexapro starts working. Thing is I have already been in depression
for awhile holding on with my teeth day to day not wanting to get out of bed.
Now he has a med to make me more depressed before the depression should go
away. I went today to like a counselor and let things out and hopefully the
lady that recognized me from before has some good ideas for things for me to
do. Everywhere I go to do volunteer i find myself by myself. They are scared
something will happen to me and they don't want to get in trouble.
I have also lost my taste buds since surgery. I am not eating much. Nothing
tastes right.
Nice to talk to someone.
