Re: [fast5] Re: Exercise suppressing appetite

I didn’t read this yet (pulled it up to do so), but from all my thin years and experience exercising, id have to agree. After I lost my weight recently , I started walking two times a week at a very brisk pace and for over an hour. I discovered that that did a TON of things for me that I loved and kept some other health issues at bay. The people I walked with stopped and I did too then for more than one reason, and , within a week or two, maybe 3, but relatively quickly, I had a bunch of health issues return that I thought were permanently gone(well, 2 or 3 at least). So......when I start up again, I plan to never stop the exercising. I was amazed at how at this age I am now, how critical it was.

I eventually would like to do some weight training type stuff and other things in addition to the walking, but that is an easy thing for me to stick to and do, so for now, it will be what I do as I add other things.

I’m happy with my weight, so exercise is just what keeps me healthy :) (or one of the pieces of that puzzle anyway :))
