I think that’s really good advice for most people :).
I’m the weird odd ball that seems to have trained my body when I was very young to ignore hunger. So I just never think....oh I’m hungry, better eat.
Now I have had blood sugar issues before where that drove my need for something.
I don’t have those currently though either......
But the truth behind all that IS very true. I mean I’ve fasted before and even on long fasts, I mean hunger does always go away. :)
One can even fast for days and do so relatively fine.
