Thank you, Linda! This is wonderful advice.
I am experimenting with combining F5 with ESE to have a little more freedom on the weekends. 3 days of F5 and 2 days of ESE....weekends free but eat reasonable. I will see.
So, today was 24 hour fast and, wow, your advice truly works. It made all the difference. I didn't struggle at all. I just kept telling myself "it's not an emergency" .... it was too simple.
It is all mental, but it does work.
Thanks,
Suzie
