My 17 yr old dd takes Ogestrel (BC pill) and is taking 150 mg amTopamax and
200meg PM Topamax.

It's been a long time since I was last concerned about B.C., but I was
always told the Pill and most AEDs don't mix. I had a tubal ligation after
my son (he's 15), but I don't think much has changed. It's certainly worth
asking the neuro/epi about, but I remember when I told a neuro that hubby
and I were engaged, the first words out of his mouth were that I couldn't
take the Pill.
