No, Jason, the "wishing for death" was after dozens of simple partial szs in a matter of hours--BEFORE I started Keppra--because I felt so physically miserable. I don't have suicidal tendencies as long as I sleep, but the severe sleep loss has, on occasion, resulted in a fleeting fantasy of death. It's not a Keppra problem for me, per se. I'm on enough B6 that it should be counteracting that, anyway.

You noticed that pasty-metallic taste too? I thought I was imagining things.
My wife says "you get this metallic smell after seizures".
I wonder what's up with that.
FWIW wishing for death is a known side-effect of Keppra. (Technically known
as "suicidal ideation".)
