I would also endorse what the other posters have said. If you look at some of my previous posts you will see that I've been doing the equivalent of fast-5 for the best part of a decade, usually working out daily and holding down a demanding full-time job. At other times I've hiked, biked and skied for days at a time on the same regime. Once you've adapted you'll probably wonder how you managed to function while giving up so much time and energy during the day to eating and digesting!

> Thank you so much for a great post!!! I wish I can fallow it "scrupulously"
> I only fallowed FF scrupulously for the first 4 months and even then I had only 1 rull: "start eat at 3pm and finish at 8pm" I lost 16 pounds and I was happy with it. My weight was then 122.
> I never went off FF completely. I never eat before 2 pm, but I always eat after 8pm, so besically my window never closes and since I am student I stay late with homework and sometimes till early morning. I gained weight, but not all of it, about 5-7 pounds, but I am so happy that I know this way of eating and can go back to it anytime!!!!!
