[fast5] Re: 125 lbs. in one year

Congratulations! That is a huge achievement. Good luck getting away from the sugar cravings. I have a history of craving sugar, and I find the more sugar I have the more I crave it. I find the fasting period really helps me break the sugar craving cycle. After the holidays (when I ate a lot of sugar) I noticed the cravings were persisting, so that I broke my fast still craving sugar. What has helped break this cycle is to lengthen my fast, so instead of only eating for 5 hours I only eat for 3 - 4 hours. Once the cravings go away I'll probably go back to eating for 5 hours, but it is nice to have them diminishing.
