Mark,
Would it help if you told us what you are angry about.? I have a feeling it
was something your case worker said. You really didn't tell us why you
decided not to move.
Could you have gone with your mother -- or didn't she ask you?
Have you decided for sure you aren't moving or are you still on the fence?
Have you started a list of pros and cons?
