HEART-HEALTHY PANCAKES

Gently blend:
5 lg. egg whites, well beaten
1/2 c. no-fat cottage cheese, liquified in blender
1/4 - 1/2 c. no-fat yogurt
1/2 - 2/3 c. water
1 tbsp. oil
Add and mix until well combined:
2/3 c. Pepperidge Farm cornmeal pancake mix
(Available at Pepperidge Farm Bread Store on Ballas)
1/4 - 1/3 c. reduced fat Bisquick
(Can use all Bisquick or all Pepperidge Farm if desired.)
Cook on hot surface...and enjoy with clear conscience.
(Liquid amounts variable to suit your desired pancake
thickness.) Add blueberries if available and desired.
